On our many expeditions throug Papua (Irian Jaya) we had already used a lot of stands. Some of them you can really use, but not for a long time, some of them break quickly and one was good, but get shaky. |

At this time we did not know anything about the outstanding quality of the carbon stands from the company Heiler in Germany. We were annoyed with an normal movie camera stand around. These stand were shaky and often badly, exactly the same than these amateur stands. |

A friend of mine bring me together with the owner Oskar Heiler from the company Heiler. He was really strong inspired of our expeditions and promised to support our expeditions with his material. |
| A few weeks before we start to our new expedition
Oskar Heiler give us one of his carbon stand with head and spare parts.I
really feel the quality of this stand at the time i get it. At the time
i use this stand in New Guinea under really hard conditions i really inspired
from this quality work. No heat, no water and also often rough impacts could
weaken the stand with heading after eight weeks application in their function.
